What We Can Help With
Contact us if you need help with:
- Using the MTG card maker
- Choosing or editing a card template
- Downloading a card file
- Formatting a card list
- Using the Print a Card List tool
- Troubleshooting a broken page or site error
- Reporting a bug
- Questions about a print or fulfillment handoff
- Responsible-use questions
- Reporting counterfeit, infringing, abusive, or misleading content
- Editorial corrections or content updates
If your issue involves a print order that was completed through PrintMTG.com or another fulfillment workflow, include the order number and the email address used for the order. That helps us point the request to the right place.
What to Include
For faster support, include as many of these details as you can:
- Your name
- Your email address
- The page or tool you were using
- A screenshot of the issue
- The browser and device you used
- The card template name, if relevant
- The card list or decklist, if relevant
- The order number, if relevant
- A short explanation of what you expected to happen
- A short explanation of what actually happened
Please do not send payment card numbers, passwords, or other sensitive information by email.
Card Maker and Template Help
If you are having trouble with a custom card or template, send us:
- The template you used
- A screenshot of the card preview
- The text or image that is not working
- The device and browser you are using
Small layout differences can happen between templates, browsers, and uploaded images. A screenshot usually helps us understand the issue much faster than a written description alone.
Print List Help
If you are having trouble with the Print a Card List tool, send us:
- The card list you pasted
- The format you were trying to use
- Any error message you received
- Whether you included quantities, set codes, or special versions
- Whether the issue affects one card or the full list
Decklists can be formatted in different ways, so the exact list matters.
Order or Fulfillment Questions
MTG.cards may provide tools that connect to a printing workflow, including PrintMTG.com where applicable. If your question involves an order, shipment, print issue, payment, refund, or reprint, include:
- Order number
- Order email address
- Date ordered
- A short description of the issue
- Photos, if the issue involves a printed item
- Tracking number, if available
If a separate fulfillment partner handled the order, that partner’s shipping, refund, and reprint policies may apply. We will help route the issue as clearly as possible.
Responsible Use and Content Reports
Contact us if you believe MTG.cards is being used for counterfeit cards, misleading listings, unauthorized content, abusive content, or another violation of our Responsible Use / Use Policy.
Please include:
- A link, screenshot, or description of the content
- Why you believe it violates the policy
- Any relevant context
- Your contact information, if you want a response
We take these reports seriously because MTG.cards is intended for clear, unofficial, casual, and creative use. It is not intended to help anyone misrepresent custom cards as authentic Magic cards.
Editorial Corrections
If you find a factual issue, broken link, outdated card reference, unclear explanation, or typo in an MTG.cards article or guide, send it to [support email] with the article title and a short note.
We review correction requests and update content when a change would make the page more accurate, clearer, or more useful.
Business, Partnership, or Media Questions
For business, partnership, media, or other non-support questions, contact us at [business email].
Please include your organization, website, and a short explanation of the request.
